This is what you need to make gluten-free waffles:

  • Hand blender
  • Cup that goes with your hand blender
  • Waffle iron

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of gluten-free flour
  • 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 450 milliliters semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons with sunflower oil

With these quantities you will make around 10 waffles, super delicious with your breakfast, dessert or snack!

1: Put all the ingredients in a bowl or cup and mix until all the lumps are out.

2: There shouldn’t be a little bit left over to make sure you get really smooth batter!

3: Preheat the waffle iron well

4: Pour your batter into the waffle iron. Adding butter before cooking is not always necessary. If you have a Teflon coating then it is not necessary.

5: Put the batter in the waffle iron until it is completely covered, but do not pour too much batter your waffle iron. Because of the baking powder your waffle will still rise and if you use too much batter then everything will drip next to your iron. Close the waffle iron.

6: Bake the waffles in the waffle iron and wait until you can open the iron without the batter sticking to the iron. When the waffle is nicely browned you can take it out.

And tuck in! Serve them warm. You can also freeze some, then you can reheat them next time in the oven or in the toaster.
