Prawns with pineapple from the gourmet pan
How about gourmet shrimp with delicious pineapple and peppers? That’s something different from garaning raw meat. With this recipe you will find: fried fruit and shrimp are inseparable. In addition, this is also a good option for vegetarian gourmets! You should put this on the table for 4 to 5 people:
- 200 shrimp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 canned pineapple rings (cut into pieces of pineapple)
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- Half an onion
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Half a bell bell pepper
Put the shrimp in a bowl and then you chop the onion. Then cut the bell bell pepper into pieces, add 1 squeezed garlic clove with a dash of oil, bell bell pepper, onion, parsley and pineapple in pieces. Add another pinch of salt and pepper and fry the shrimp for about 3 minutes.
Vegetarian evening gourmet: Vega Nachos
Is there someone coming to gourmets who eats only vegetarian? There are plenty of vegetarian options out there. In that case, this is one of the best gourmet recipes to make with your gourmet pan. Something different from meat / fish. You will need for 6 pans:
- Half a bag of nachos
- 150 grams of kidney beans
- A teaspoon of Mexican seasoning
- 150 grams of corn
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 slices of cheddar (grated cheese will also do)
- 1 spring onion
Slice the tomatoes and drain the canned kidney beans. Then mix the tomatoes, beans, corn and spices in a bowl. Next, put some nacho chips in a pan and then add some cheese on top. After this you can add a spoonful of vegetables or beans on top. Bake under the grill until the cheese is melted.
Gourmet recipe zucchini pizza
Everyone knows that you can put all kinds of vegetables on a pizza. In this case, we have a zucchini pizza for in the small pan. This is what you need:
- Half a zucchini
- Italian herbs
- Grated cheese
- Tomato sauce/pasta sauce
Cut your zucchini into slices. To this you then pour a little oil and fry the slices with zucchini for about 5 minutes until browned. Then you put them on a plate, spread the top of the zucchini with tomato sauce and sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Then put the plate on the table and bake each zucchini pizza for 5 minutes in a pan on the gourmet.
Garlic potatoes
This is an incredibly delicious side dish to accompany the gourmet. The previous dishes you bake in a pan during the gourmet, for some you need to make some preparations, however, these you make completely in advance. For example, you can serve these potatoes deliciously with a caesar salad. You need for 2 persons:
- 500 grams of baby potatoes or roseval potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 grams of parmesan cheese
- Black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
First of all, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a pan on the fire and bring water to a boil. Boil the potatoes for around 7 minutes and then drain them, let them cool for a while. Then cut them into four pieces and put them in a baking dish. Then mix two squeezed cloves of garlic with the herbs and olive oil. You then pour this into the baking dish. Sprinkle some more parmesan cheese over this. MEng everything together nicely, bake the potatoes for around 25 minutes. After 15 minutes in the oven, give the potatoes another good stir and bake for another 10 minutes or so until they are really soft.
Italian salad
This salad is easy to make and a great appetizer for the gourmet! You will need for two glasses:
- 50 grams of arugula
- 1 scoop of mozzarella
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 ciabatta
- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 4 slices of ham
Cut the ciabatta bread into cubes. Then mix this again with Italian herbs and olive oil. Then put the cubes in the pan and fry the croutons until they brown nicely. Next, cut the mozzarella into pieces along with the tomatoes and ham. Put these with the arugula in a bowl, add some salt, pepper, ham, pesto and a splash of olive oil. Mix everything together along with croutons and then carefully fill the glasses with two spoons.
