Garlic potatoes
This is an incredibly tasty side dish to accompany the gourmet. The previous dishes are fried in a pan during the gourmet meal, for some you need to make some preparations, but these are made entirely in advance. You can, for example, serve these potatoes deliciously with a caesar salad. You need for 2 persons:
- 500 grams of baby potatoes or roseval potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 grams parmesan cheese
- Black pepper
- 1.5 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
First of all, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a pan on the stove and bring water to a boil. Boil the potatoes for around 7 minutes and then drain them, let them cool for a while. Then cut them into four pieces and put them in a baking dish. Then mix two squeezed cloves of garlic with the herbs and olive oil. You then pour this into the baking dish. Sprinkle some more parmesan cheese on top. MEng everything together nicely, and bake the potatoes for around 25 minutes. After 15 minutes in the oven, give the baby potatoes another good stir and bake for another 10 minutes until they are really soft.
